This is a 3 month graduate training scheme with the potential for a full-time role at the end of that initial trial period. The right candidate will be looking to take on a high level of responsibility for the projects they work on, bring their own ideas for the problems needed to be solved and play an important role in the expansion of the company. We are looking for a user-focused Graduate UI/UX designer to design apps and features from idea stage all the way to developer-ready clickable prototypes.
• Developing initial wireframes and flowcharts quickly using pen and paper in order to form the basis for discussion
• Generating user flows and digital wireframes to formalise solutions
• Designing, engaging, usable interaction screens for consumers in Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma
• Collaborating with the clients/product leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences
• Conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into actionable design solutions
• Explaining the design decisions and rationale to clients and stakeholders
• Up to 1 year of UI/UX design experience
• BA in arts, graphic design or a relevant field is a plus, not essential though
• Good knowledge in either Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma and comfortable with a well-used prototyping tool such as Invision
• Has a strong and stylized portfolio showcasing your graphic and UX/UI design work
• A true passion for UX/UI design with a creative flair
• Creates wireframes, storyboard, sitemaps and screen flows
• Good understanding and ability to perform basic HTML, CSS editing
• Self-managing and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
• Php 40,000 gross monthly salary (includes Php 5,000 allowance)
• 13th month pay (pro-rated)
• HMO and 15 days paid vacation leave (after training)
• Regular Philippine national holidays will be observed

As mentioned above, we’re not looking for specific language experience - we work in several different stacks, including Java, Node.js and Python.
• Building, managing and maintaining the back-ends of web / mobile applications, taking on front-end responsibilities if required
• Working in an Agile team, working with Jira to manage progress and estimate features
• Writing technical documentation where needed
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
• Implementation of security and data protection
• You must be a true “digital native” – tech should be a way of life, not just a career
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or STEM from a top university is helpful
• Up to 1 year of software development experience
• Good knowledge of at least one framework in either Java, Python or Node.js is a big plus
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
• Self-managing and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
• Php 40,000 gross monthly salary depending on experience (includes Php 5,000allowance)
• 13th month pay
