Healthcare App Built for Trust and Simplicity
Patients securely sign up using Apple or Google accounts, then input their information to access surveys related to their conditions. Every part of the onboarding, from diagnosis selection to identity verification, was optimised to reduce friction and build credibility, critical to user acquisition in healthcare apps at scale.
Real Compensation for Real Feedback
Once users complete a survey, payment flows seamlessly via Tremendous, managed in-app without human intervention. The experience is familiar, instant, and built with fraud prevention and yearly payment caps in mind.
Powerful Admin & Compliance Infrastructure
The DXJ admin panel is a power-user tool used by rXperius’ ops team. It lets them manage survey timelines, user payouts, ID verification flows, and push/email notifications in real time.
SaaS Platform for Healthcare Networks
Beyond the consumer app, we built a SaaS web dashboard for healthcare networks, clinical support teams and medical researchers to explore trends in real time. Users can query all survey response data, alongside open-source healthcare datasets from the CDC and AWS, by chatting with an AI assistant in plain language. Responses can be filtered by medical condition, demographics and more, while export-ready visuals and tables streamline reporting and enable self-service analytics.
